Damian Pataluna, Owner of FischerSIPS

FischerSIPS was founded in 1986 by builder and engineer Fred Fischer. In 1990, FischerSIPS, along with a group of SIP manufacturers, joined together to form SIPA – The Structural Insulated Panels Association. Damian Pataluna joined the team in 1993 as a salesman to help the company grow. In 1997, FischerSIPS partnered with Samson Homes to form one of the early SIP Modular plants in the US.

In 2006 Damian purchased the company from Fred and has been the CEO and daily ops manager since then. From the beginning, FischerSIPS has been very active with SIPA. Damian has been a member of the board since 1996. He also served as President from 2003-2006. In 2007, FischerSIPS partnered with Ferrier Custom Homes to build Heather’s Home, the 3rd Platinum LEED home in the USA and the first in Texas. Recently, Ferrier & FischerSIPS have teamed up again to build a true Net Zero energy home in Fort Worth, TX.

FischerSIPS takes pride in working with small and large builders. No matter what, they stay focused on your project and are open to new ideas in the world of SIPs. Customer service is a top priority, and they don’t forget about those in need. They work with Habitat for Humanity groups, both inside and outside of Louisville, KY, and have shipped SIP packages to Ghana for health facilities. They have shipped panels internationally to Ukraine, Russia, South Korea, Ireland, and the Bahamas.

FischerSIPS has been and will continue to be a leader in the SIP industry.
